Yeah, where was Wayne? You know we chose that day for the team building event since Wayne said that day was good for him.
Where is Wayne?
Wayne is doing a lot more in the parking lot and the building other than checking for thrown cigarette butts, trash and stopped up toilets.
He comes early each morning to insure the air conditioning systems are operating properly.
He keeps the trees and weeds cut back and away from the fence.
He checks the concrete slabs and expansion joints and has the joints rechalked when necessary.
When he walks the parking lot picking up trash and of course cigarette butts he checks for
broken sprinkler heads on the watering system. He checks for wasps nest in the under hangs that enjoy the view. Once he sees the nest, he comes in early morning and sprays them.
He walks around and listens.
I am very busy.
Brutal!
