With hopefully a lot of funds to make their way, the 808 Basketball Club took flight to Fabulous Las Vegas to participate in the 2006 National Youth Basketball Championships Las Vegas Summer Classic. A week later they are reveling in the taste of victory as they won the championship. Congratulations!!! Found a competition's site that you can find some pictures of 808 BC players (Yay SW!) and other narratives about the tournament. 58-47 was the final score...Hmm, that score is a lot more than the one in this picture which was taken at one of MSO's games. It was another heartbreaking loss as they had no subs and were in fact in the lead. Playoffs for them start this week. Go TS!
