The two missing packages of dog poop bags arrived in a small USPS Priority Mail box yesterday. Although the company did not include a letter of apology like The First Years, we'll consider them off the hook. After all, they did send me an expeditious e-mail reply, with apology, sixteen minutes after I informed them of their error. Guess another plus is that they did include another magnet.
